Modifying an Existing Job Field Mapping (MS Dynamics to Forsta Plus)

After setting up a job, you may decide that you need to change the survey data you wish to transfer.

Note: Although we discuss reconfiguring jobs to import to the respondent table in this section, the workflow is the same when changing jobs to import into custom data tables.

1. To edit an existing job, select Edit Linking from the Actions drop-down for that job - .

2. Make any changes necessary to the transfer job's target inside Forsta Plus .

You can rename the job or write to a different survey respondent table if desired.

3. Complete the remaining steps of the wizard (Select source, Map fields, Task Setup, Review).

You have the flexibility to change the FetchXML query, the field mapping or the task timing. Be careful if changing the import mode - if you attempt to add or change the key, you might have some duplicate respondents that need to be removed in the respondent editor.

4. After reviewing, save your changes to the job.

When you save the changes, you will be taken to the Job Overview page - .
